These are the rules for using Broadband Digest ("the site"). By registering an
account or posting here, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use
the site.

1. Who runs this site

The site is operated by Broadband Digest. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to register.
• One person, one account, unless staff have agreed otherwise.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password
  to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it.
• Give us a working email address. We use it to verify your account and to
  reset your password.

3. What you post

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it here you give us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it, display it on the site and
include it in backups, for as long as the site runs.

Do not post:

• anything unlawful, or that encourages something unlawful
• material you do not have the right to share
• abuse, harassment, threats, or attacks on a person or group
• somebody else's private information, including their address, phone number
  or workplace, without their consent
• advertising, spam, or links whose purpose is to promote something
• malware, or anything intended to damage or disrupt the site

4. Moderation

Staff may edit, move, lock, hide or delete any post, and may warn, suspend or
ban any account, at their discretion. We aim to be fair and to explain
ourselves, but the site is privately run and being here is not a right.

5. Removing your account

You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting
[email protected]. Posts you have made may remain, because removing them would
make conversations other people took part in unreadable. Ask us if you need
something specific taken down and we will consider it.

6. No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, or that
anything posted on it is accurate. Opinions here belong to whoever posted
them, not to us.

7. Changes

We may change these rules. Material changes will be announced on the site. If
you keep using the site afterwards, that is your acceptance of the new
version.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, USA.
