TruVista suffered an outage starting around 8:30AM (EDT) that worsened around 10:30AM.  At the beginning, the issue was very similar to the couple of outages they had last year in 2024, where certain parts of the Internet were not accessible by TruVista customers.  Sites like Microsoft, Outlook, etc. were not accessible, but others were.  Around 10:30AM, everything went dark and did not come back up until around 4:30PM.

It seems the issue was a problem with Hurricane Electric where all traffic from TruVista's subnets were being routed to the wrong ASN.  

Maybe one day TruVista will get some redundancy for their customers.
