Windstream Holdings, Inc., operating under the brand name Kinetic by Windstream, is a prominent telecommunications company in the United States. Established in 2006 through the merger of Alltel's landline division and Valor Communications Group, Windstream has its headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas.
